The Activation Fee covers your first month's Enterprise Monthly Fee. A 7-day trial with 5 free trainee Seats can be chosen with your plan: its deposit counts toward the Activation Fee, and trial Seats end with the trial. Prices are subject to change.
Seats
Only trainees occupy Seats. Pooled Seats are priced by Batch Discount tiers: every Pooled Seat is charged at the rate for the total number held. Pay As You Go Seats are charged at the flat rate of $50 per Seat and are not eligible for Batch Discounts.

Pooled Seats
Licenses to use Seats, purchased in batches of 5 once per billing period, reassignable from class to class, and billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle with the Enterprise Monthly Fee. For short-term occupants. Training providers only.
Pay As You Go (PAYG)
One Seat per person at the flat rate, with no Batch Discount. The person assigned to the Seat becomes its License Holder for the remainder of its subscription term, may exit the Seat at any time, and may not be removed by the organization while holding the license.
Pooled Seats: Requirements
Training providers on a Pooled Seats plan are subject to stricter pricing, licensing rules and enforcement than Pay As You Go plans.
- Batches of 5. Pooled Seats are purchased in batches of 5 (5, 10, 15 and so on). Quantities that are not a multiple of 5 are not permitted.
- One Purchase per Billing Period. Pooled Seats may be purchased once per billing period. Seats required beyond them during that period may be obtained only as extra PAYG Seats.
- A License to Use. The purchase of a batch of Pooled Seats is the purchase of a license to use those Seats for training for the billing cycle. The Seats remain the property of Whipline and may not be resold, transferred or shared with another organization.
- Billing. Pooled Seats are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle, together with the Enterprise Monthly Fee. Extra PAYG Seats are paid at the time of purchase.
- Batch Discounts. Pooled Seats are priced by Batch Discount tiers. Pay As You Go Seats are not eligible for Batch Discounts.
- Reusable Seats. Pooled Seats are reusable within days, from class to class. Pay As You Go Seats are not: a student owns and locks their Seat when they take the slot.
- Stronger Compliance. Pooled Seats plans are subject to stronger compliance requirements and expectations of service to your students. We offer more protections to your students, to protect them and the program from being exploited financially.
- No Mid-Cycle Blocks. Pooled Seats cannot be added in the middle of a billing cycle. If every Pooled Seat is occupied and a student requires a Seat during a billing cycle, the Training Provider must, as a last resort, purchase extra PAYG Seats at the flat rate of $50 per Seat (not eligible for Batch Discounts), paid at the time of purchase. Extra PAYG Seats end when the current billing cycle ends. Each is then recorded on the Training Provider's compliance record as a Seat Capacity Failure (a failure to provide the seating capacity its classes required, for example through overbooking or an insufficient Pooled Seats purchase), and the Training Provider is notified so that it can improve its scheduling. A Seat Capacity Failure does not affect standing.
- Plan Ahead. Don't overbook your classes, or plan far enough ahead to cover every Seat you may need for the month. For example: with a single class where you expect 32 students, book 35 Seats for the month.
What a Month Costs: 150 Students
A training provider on Training Provider Executive running one-week classes, 150 students a month (about 38 a week). Seat costs plus the $300 Enterprise Monthly Fee, at current prices.

Planning properly saves $600 a month over overbooking and poor scheduling, and $5,900 a month over Pay As You Go for the same students. Extra PAYG Seats are charged at the flat $50 rate with no Batch Discount, end with the billing cycle, and are each recorded as a Seat Capacity Failure.
